Wendy's

"We've always come to this location since moving to the area 5 years ago. Wendys was a treat for us every two weeks when I'd do my grocery runs. We never had an issue with the food or service from this location until the past 6ish months. Fries are cold or mushy and depending on the day you get not salted or overly salted fries. But last night was the worst experience. After waiting for over 10 minutes for the line to move at the intercom, I order and got my food. The French fries were ice cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. My chicken sandwich was also cold and hard as a rock. The only silver linings, the lemonade was actually sweet instead of tasting bitter like it normally does, and my husband's burger was hot and cooked throughly. I ended up having to cook something for myself because I was worried I'd get food poisoning by eating this atrocity that was given to me. This place is in need of new management clearly."

"I ordered online but kept getting an error when I tried to check in. I came inside and showed the cashier, but she could not find my order. I showed her my email receipt, and she had them make it for me on the spot. Thank you for the speedy & and friendly service, despite the technical difficulties."

"Rude employees and managers. Jr cheeseburger was completely pinkish/purple on the inside and cold. Nuggets were cold and cooked to a crisp. All natural lemon was bitter and unpleasant to drink. French fries were super salty, but at least they were warm."

"Great customer service from the manager on duty that night. Took my daughter. niece and neighbor kid late friday before closing and the kids ordered their own meals the $5biggie bag and I got the pecan salad and even though they got one sandwich wrong(, they made a burger instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger) they fixed it quick and the kids were appreciative. Happy kids, happy life."

"Ryan is the manager at the store. Has a very nasty attitude for no reason. Complained about given fresh food for the old. And then gave my family raw chicken nuggets. No goor customer service at all. His employe had to give the us some good nuggets. The store is nasty and not clean."
