"Wow. So I'll keep the bad to three things. 3) The chicken wings are tiny. Like miniscule. It looked like fat pigeon wings. On of the drumettes didn't even have meat on it. Not kidding. I didn't find anything besides bone and skin. 2) The meals say "w/ celery" but none came. I asked the cashier (after I got her attention from her phone) and she just said "yeah. We don't put celery on plates no more." Then remove it from the menu? The celery helps cleanse the palate from the sauce. I paid $14 the have celery with my wings. 1) Most concerning. The bathroom soap dispenser is broken. There isn't a separate bottle of soap in the bathroom. Its the only bathroom. I assume employees use the bathroom as they aren't robots. So..... The good: Crinkle fries"

"Customer service is terrible! Ordered a small salad on the menu and they said could only make a large salad regardless if it was on the menu. If I ordered a combo, they would make me a small salad. Asked to see the manager. He repeated he would not make a small salad. Said he didn't care if I left and didn't order. Made no difference to him. Told the gentleman behind me he could get his money back and leave as well. He didn't care! Won't be returning!! Obviously, didn't order anything."

"The worst American deli ever.. wings are small and horrible, fries soggy and warm... I highly recommend TOUCHDOWN WINGS. Bigger and better wings and much cheaper, more wing flavors and way better service. Go to TOUCHDOWN WINGS in Fairburn!!!!!!"

"Ordered Boneless Wings tossed in two different sauces and instead I received chicken nuggets coated in Buffalo sauce and lemon pepper. The fries were not crispy- soggy and not warm. I’ve been to other American deli locations plenty of times and was happy to have one in the neighborhood finally but I have never received nuggets in place of boneless wings. Then cover most of it with fries when you open the plate is wrong The texture is totally different when you eat them and the sauce makes the nugget soft and soggy. Nuggets are not on the menu - so very disappointed this happened. It should have been shared that they were giving frozen chicken nuggets instead of boneless if they didn’t have boneless available at the time."
