Burger King

"Not only was the staff extremely rude but my order was wrong the first time, but once they gave me "what I ordered" , it was wrong. Definitely not returning. I know it's probably rough to own a franchise but that's pretty bad even for a chain."

"Very unprofessional!! The staff parked us because our food wasn’t ready. We ordered the food 25mins prior to arriving to Burger King. After waiting about 15 minutes. I knocked on the lobby door and the staff would laugh and just turn away. The manager and staff finally come to the door and said they were out off meat patties, sandwiches and nuggets. The nuggets that they did give us were mushy and undercooked. When we asked for more nuggets the manager they were out of all food until Tuesday. If we wanted a refund we had to go through the app the request a refund. She rushed us away and told us they were now closed because they were having a staff Christmas party!! Super unprofessional!"

"I am here to say i barely eat BK but the past 3 times i went this young Lady named Frankie attended me at the window and once inside and her customer service was immaculate. She needs a raise , she is very patient and has never even let off a sign of any annoyance even when i asked for some sauce or forgot something. Niceness goes a LONG way i was sad 2 times i went and her niceness and Patience made me crack a Smile , give Frankie a raise she works hard it's Visible."

"Food is a solid 8 out of 10. Whopper wasn’t bad! Place outside and inside looks like someone re-opened a BK that was closed down for years and just opened the doors without doing a thing to it. The employees and clients at the counter looked like they were looking for Walter Whites blue Meth. Does that sum this place up? It should"

"I ordered my family's food at the drive-thru. My total came to over $30.00. We wanted to try the new melts. When I got to my destination, I opened the bag and was sickened by what the food looked like. I think a child could have made the food look more appealing. LOL Not only was my entire order wrong, I took one bite and into the trash it went. I guess you could say that my trashcan had a nice lunch. Not sure why the food at this Burger King, has went to the trash. Definitely will choose another fast food chain next time and save myself over $30.00"
