"Joshua gave top us tier service! We got the giant turkey Tom w/ jimmy mustard. Sandwich was delicious! It’s hard to find good service at fast food restaurants today. Joshua was patient w/ when we couldn’t make up our mind and when we wanted to make changes. He made our Jimmy Johns experience one to return for!!!"

"This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life. It was at one point closing at any given moment despite what the listed hours online said. I mean one time they were closed at 5 something another time 6 or 7 just whenever they felt like going home. I complained to management who said they would give me a free for the inconvenience under my number but then they not only told me once but twice it was completed but they never added it. I reached back out and told them and they never even apologized or reached back out to fix the issue. They have a delivery option but every time this year that I’ve tried to give them a chance they call and say or we aren’t delivering anything today or we don’t have a driver this evening. I actually have another horror story from this place but I’m tired of writing now and wasting my energy on such a horrible establishment. Don’t waste your time at this one just head somewhere else for good service."

"They're usually pretty good but today I ordered a #13 and a #7. I had them deliver and paid a $3 tip on top of the $18 sandwich cost. The #7 was ok but the #13 was so sad. It didn't even have cheese on it! I was so mad that I got in my car and took it back. No apology from the uncaring staff but I did get a refund, my tip back and I then left without a sandwich.
