"The fried chicken was hard and didn't have any flavor. The collard greens were salty. The dressing flavor was ruined with bell peppers and salty. The potato salad was too sweet. The banana pudding wasn't good. This place isn't good soul food at all!"

"Wife and I stopped by again; we were here 3 months ago for the first time. We were impressed with the service and food the first time and again during our current visit. The pricing is great; we always take a plate to go! Our server was always on point. They may want to try a slightly thicker cut of pork chops. It may take a few minutes more to have your food prepared, but it's worth the wait. One of our better choices for flavorful dishes in the ATL metro area."

"I’m a long time customer for YEARS but they lost my business today. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad customer experience. First off I waited 30min and they were NOT even busy. People who came in after me had ordered and left before I got mine. 2nd I got less food but yet prices are higher. I usually get a pork chop and half or even 2 with the meal but today they gave me 1 little pork chop and it was mostly all bone. When I pointed it out the hostess went to talk to who was in charge and the guy said no I would have to pay for a 2nd one since I got smothered pork chops and not fried pork chops. So because I didn’t order them fried they only gave me one. What kind of since does that make? Look at the pic it’s hardly smothered and they gave barely any rice. Again I’ve been eating the same meal for OVER 7years here I know what I’m talking about and this is not how it used to be. I hardly had any gravy so I asked for more but I don’t know what it really was that they gave me on the side. It looked like Oil/grease not gravy!!!! Yuck Please see pic. Also the last time I was here I had a coupon for a buy one get one meal so I brought a friend. I showed the coupon and we ordered then the waitress said we couldn’t use it because we got different sides. Excuse me so the fact that we didn’t get identical sides they wouldn’t honor it. It said nothing about identical sides just a buy one get one for fried chicken. Look at my sad looking pork chop that was not worth 18.18!! The least they could have done was fix a nice plate after having me wait 30min."
