"Nichole was our server tonight and was Awesome! The other girl Sky was on her phone the whole time while Nichole was getting trash together, taking orders and to-go orders. Sky sat in the booth or at the cash register with her feet up and stayed on her phone while Nichole was doing everything. Sky also needs to learn proper food and server appearance as her hair was not put up correctly. Something needs to be done about this because it is disgusting finding hair from your server in your food, I am glad that we chose Nichole's section as she was Awesome!"
"At approximately 0100 last night, my family and I were there. The cook had a very nasty attitude. Our server was amazing. The cook had an attitude. Because I asked for my pork chops to be rinsed off. He approached me in an aggressive manner. Questioning me why I want them to be rinsed off when clearly you could see their sitting in a bucket of blood. He had a nasty demeanor about him. Not once did he speak. As soon as we left, he engaged in a heated argument with my server. He wasted zero time to confront her when we left. Please watch the surveillance. So you can see him in action. And for the record, he shouldn't be playing on his phone while cooking. I don't care if he changes his gloves. That should be done when he's on break. I wanted to call to complain to a manager, but it doesn't allow any phone calls to go through. It's a prerecorded message to place your order online. If I would like a call from the general manager."

"This is our local WH and we come here a lot! We have never had any issues and love it but tonight our experience was above and beyond! Nichole was our waitress and she was hands down the very best we have ever dealt with. She was incredibly nice, super friendly, and was engaging with our 5 year old daughter. She made her a Minnie Mouse waffle that our daughter absolutely loved! Best WH experience we have ever had anywhere! Thank you so much Nichole ❤️"
