Fields Landing - Cherokee County Park

"Once a beautiful sprawling park with amazing views and the sound of families enjoying a day at the lake. Fast forward to now and you have loud music, street racers, trash and the occasional gun fire. With cars zipping down the road and only staying a short time it makes you wonder what kind of shady deals are being made here. If you try to have a picnic be prepared for the invasion of the flies! Best thing to do with this park would be to close the gates and let nature take it back."

"I love it here! It's a nice area to relax and exercise/work out! You just have to be careful when walking/running because some people like to speed by and not care about others. But other than that, I love it."

"Super fun park! Great for fishing, kayaking, taking a walk. grills, picnic tables, and if you covered pavilions. Free parking, but needs more spaces. Port-A-Potty."
