"Great staff. We were greeted promptly and every crew member spoke or smiled. They were all good reflections of their manager. He even came out and asked how was everything. They really reminded us of why we enjoyed coming to Cracker barrel."

"Upon entering the facility the atmosphere was great. The people there were very friendly and warming. Coming from a big city this was different. We were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress had a horrible attitude. She got our order wrong, twice. Otherwise tonight the food was very good which surprised me. The atmosphere was very nice. The parking was also good. I will definitely go back again another day. I do understand that people have bad days and I will not hold that against that waitress or the company. I will try lunch or dinner on my next trip."

"Told it was a 15 - 20 minute wait so we sat around and waited for 40 minutes and were never notified our table of 2 was ready until we decided to go check at the counter how the wait list was doing only for the lady to say OH THEY SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED YOU. I never received notification which sucked so if your on a waitlist I suggest you stay on top of them cause you’ll be waiting for a while. So we get to our table and it’s covered in some sticky stuff and stained from food and to add some more flavor the wall next to our table was covered in dust. We notified the manager and all she said was we would have to go back and wait again until a table was free. Just a horrible experience we had at this location. If you decide to come here, only advice I can give is to stay on top of things cause apparently employees can’t."
