"As a long time wings n things fan, it makes me sad to update a previous good review with negative marks. My last 2 visits have been very lack luster. Todays visit had me pull up to the drive through and sit for over 10 minutes without being even greeted. During this, multiple employees came into the drive through room, but none acknowledged me. One even came back to text on her phone for a solid 30 seconds before leaving. After waiting, I parked and went inside, where I proceeded to wait a few more minutes for someone to finally greet and help me at the take out register (at least two employees were just standing around watching TV while I waited). I finally got my food and drove home (2 miles away, less than a 5 min drive). The tenders were very lack luster and overdone as if they had been fried twice, did not include the side sauce, and there was barely any sauce they were tossed in (and they up charge you for this). The fries were very soggy. The boneless wings were okay at best. A bit soggy on the breading, but taste was okay. Very little sauce was used. The tots were also soggy and were not salted at all. They also tasted like old or rancid oil was used to fry them. This was an almost 50 dollar meal to feed 3 people. The restaurant wasn't crazy busy or overwhelmed. I'm very let down by my experience tonight."

"I don't even know where to begin. I'll start off with reviewing the bad/mediocre service we received. My husband and I have been wanting to try this location for a while, and we're finally able to. We've heard fantastic reviews for all the other local (Newnan area) HJ wings locations, so we figured it would be pretty good. We were wrong, terribly so. My husband called to order, when they picked up they requested a moment to hold, which is no biggie, but a while had passed to which they then hung up on him. Called again, hung up, and third times a charm they finally answered to take our order. We arrived to pick it up and he went in the take-out area and was flat out ignored by the staff for a few minutes because they were too busy talking/laughing and trying different drinks to even bother ask who he was picking up for. As someone who works in the food industry myself, I always ask customers who/what they are picking up for because that's just basic respect. So red flags off the bat here. *Actual review of the food incoming:* We order 20 wings, half lemon pepper and half medium. Lemon pepper didn't even have a HINT of lemon pepper. Its like emon pepper wasn't even THOUGHT about in the process of making these wings. Very dry and bland. The medium ones didn't even taste spicy, coming from someone who usually orders mild at wing joints they were 100 miles from mild. These were also dry and flavorful. It was so bad the bottom of the box was DRY, and that has never happened to me before. Wings are supposed to be doused in sauce. The fried pickles were pretty good, however. The onion rings were meh at best. All in all, 2/5 stars. We were hoping it was good enough to have a nice date there one day but with how terrible it was we will not be returning. Depressing wings."

"Not real impressed with the wings and potato skins. Wings were good size but very very dry and then forgot to give me my sauce I ordered on the side. So had to make my own parm garlic herb at home. 5 potato skins for $10.29 would expect decent size but these were tiny little potatoes. Too much $ for the valve. Those potato skins were more like $5.99 valve. I'm not going to loose hope on this place yet. They do have lots of variety so next time I will try something else. Hopefully it will be better. I was definitely disappointed this trip."
