"got our food and drinks super fast and the employees were very nice but everything in our order was wrong. they didn’t put the swirl in my drink and our bagel mini’s had apparently been sitting at room temp for quite some time because they were rock solid and freezing cold. they were a little busy so i get it but i would’ve rather waited a little longer and my order have actually come out right."

Due to the acidic nature of espresso, milk, cream or half-and-half is used to help balance the flavor profile of this potentially tasty beverage. The heavier the dairy the less acidic. A latte breve is made with cream or half-and-half, rather than milk. You should try a latte breve but not at this location. It’s not that they can’t make a latte with half-and-half or cream, because other Dunkins and all Starbucks do. No, this location WONT make this, even at a customer request. At least this is what the dunkin associate told me. Next time you get a chance, try a tasty latte breve but make sure to go to a different location or Starbucks, unless you want to be disappointed by someone who thinks they know better than you."

"Came in to get something. Aside from a greeting, all I received were some workers very, very clearly laughing at me and talking about me. I probably would have overlooked it if they had actually gotten my order. Anyways, I won't be going here again. To be honest, I never go to Dunkin to be begin with so it isn't much of a loss to me."
