"Got home from drive thru and was missing a sandwich. The food I did receive was cold and unappetizing. I drove back to this location explaining the situation and asked for a refund. The manager just told me, this is a franchise store and they don't give refunds for cold food. It goes against their policy. Save your time, money and peace of mind and avoid this location entirely. These employees don't have any skin in the game and could care less about you and your hard earned money."

"Hard to comment on the food as I was never served. Stood at the register for a few minutes and nobody ever showed up. I was ignored by a few workers who were hiding in the back eating. Oh well!"

"The food and service here are usually good. I usually visit the one here and near hobby lobby in town off Joe frank Harris because they both seem to have good, caring staff at the drive through which is the service I use there. I get the number 7 combo, 2 cheeseburgers with fries, and the fries are usually fresh unlike some places where they are under or overcooked. The cheeseburgers are serviceable enough for a quick lunch. It's the kind of place you just grab something, eat it and don't think much about it later. As long as it's dependable service and food to get you through lunch or dinner when hunger happens that's good. You're likely to come back. Honestly I wish more fast food places were like this...no nonsense and down to earth, just give you what you order correctly when you want it then let you go."

"I always go around 11pm-midnight. Usually a good bit of cars but still move pretty fast through the line. Food is always fresh which I love! Good customer service. I also always get my mocha frappe... the mocha frappe lovers like myself know how hard it is to even find a McDonalds that have them always claiming "the machine is being cleaned".. not this McDonalds & they are awesome for that alone."
