"These idiots don't even know how to fill a fry box. Took my driver well over 15 minutes in drive thru. She stated they weren't busy but only had a couple people which I understand. The cold brew coffee that was substituted because frosty machine was down was terrible."

"Had to wait on potatoes food was cold. wait for the potatoes was was 15min. Not bad right… it takes a couple hours to cook potatoes not a couple trips in the microwave. The lady who spoke with us in the drive-through was not the nicest person is very condescending. This food isn’t meant for heating the microwave before serving it’s supposed to be cooked fresh. Food not cycled when needed chicken dry breading wet"

"Mostly my experience at Wendy’s is good, I can’t remember having a bad experience. The friendliness of the order taker can fluctuate with each visit. The freshness & accuracy of my order is normally spot on. I certainly recommend this place."

"Fries are always burnt to a crisp, and the staff are constantly trying to rush your order even though I'm only ordering one meal, not like I'm ordering for an entire football team. And this last time was the final time I'm going to eat here because after using the mobile app for the first time nobody there even seemed to know there was an app or at least weren't trained to know anything about it, the manager (I'm assuming she was the manager here) proceeds to take my phone from my hands and starts to go through the whole app behind the counter and then says for me to pretty much figure it out on my own and leaves. Then once I do figure it out I made a mistake and placed an order at the wrong location, which was my bad really, but there was no need to laugh at me while I was leaving the way she did... Maybe I'm actually being a Karen here but idk I felt disrespected. I do enjoy Wendy's they've got decent deals and I don't expect much from fast food but I really don't enjoy it when I have to pick out maybe 5 or 6 good fries from a large order that aren't dry aged for years it seems and when I'm laughed at by anyone for that matter. Stankman out."

"I normally have the best experience here but the last two times I've got the queso fries they barely have any queso on them and the shredded cheese won't melt because there's no queso really so it's just cold cheese on fries. Besides that I really enjoy this location and the people are always friendly. I've always had fresh food but the queso fries I would say they need to work on them."
