"Food was delicious!! Fresh! Crispy! Service was EXCELLENT! Bathroom were clean ! Tables were clean! All condiments were at reach. The soda machine was clean! The sweet tea was awesome!!!! I enjoyed my visit! The crew went above and beyond take make sure all the guest were taking care of! I will be back!!!"

"Captain D’s is obviously struggling and the reality is that the service and food quality isn’t getting better. They overcharged and then recharged us for our food. If you are prone to seizures the drive thru may trigger a siezure due to the flashing lights while you are trying to order."

"I hadn’t had Captain ads and thought I would try the one in Dallas. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the online reviews. I must say, the fish was fresh and very good. The fries and okra were great as well. Nothing to complain about service wise. Inside was also clean. Fish seems to have gotten a little smaller and prices are higher but oh well. All and all I was very pleased. I will be back."

"Update #2: It has now been 2 weeks since Captain D's gave us this nasty food and I have yet to receive any correspondence from anyone. Captain D's, if you are ok with serving paying customers trash food then you just need to go ahead and shut down. I dont have a habit of paying for food that isnt edible. Just know if you eat at this establishment you may receive inferior food. Update: Was contacted by a reply to my 1 star review the following day asking me to contact them at an email address leaving them my info and what happened. I guess Captain D's is ok with serving nasty food because I never heard another word from them. I will NOT spend another penny in this location. I dont have a habit of spending money on food that I cant eat. Was really wanting fish tonight but Im not sure what I got. The fish didnt have its normal batter on it, it was battered in what looked like cornmeal. The fish looked funny, it looked like minced fish not the flaky fish that we normally get. It tasted awful and it was extremely dry. I got a 4pc meal and my husband got the 3pc meal and neither of us ate all of it. $22.97 down the drain with thrown away food. Just have to think that they ran out of their regular batter and substituted the cornmeal batter which was hard and awful. Well, I guess I will be looking for somewhere else to get my fish because I will not be back if this is the kind of food they will be serving. Even the vinegar couldnt save this mess!!!"
