"I went to the location to do a pledge loan. Lady entered information in as a personal loan to get a credit card and all they took my 1000 dollars only gave me 500 back immediately. I had to wait a whole week for remaining 500. Then another rep. That I spoke with on the phone filed a claim when I was only calling for an inquiry. Money was put back in my account. I informed the rep to take it back because I wasn't filing a claim. Now until this very day my account is messed up and the Representatives do not listen at all. They keep messing up people money."
"Only 2 tellers working the line during midday on a Friday? Terrible! The only pleasant part of this experience was the teller who helped me. I believe his name is Alias. I waited well past 30 mins just to get a $10 cashier's check. I have no intention of visiting this location again."
