Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus OSU-Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

"This hotel is a scam. We were called and told our booking was declined because they ran the credit card before we arrived , hours before. Then we had to re-book and were charged an additional 50 dollars. We had to pay a cash 150 deposit which, we couldn't get back until the room was checked physically which put us behind schedule for the day. Oddly enough, the same thing happened to another couple as we were checking in. They should have not ran the card until we were present to make confirmation with the bank. Staff was definitely not friendly."

"Stayed 2 days February 8-10,24. I love this hotel & everything about it was good.The font desk / customer service were very friendly & helpful. The room was nice & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Had a nice pool/hot tub & work out room was nice. Their hot breakfast was good as well. The location also was 5 mins away from where I need to go. Everything about this hotel was a great experience & will book again with them if I ever come back to Columbus."

Upon check in I was notified of a room upgrade at no additional charge. They also allowed for a later check out. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very comfortable and the Hotel was quiet. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay again."
