"This place has gone downhill. They have a staff member standing where you pick and pay and they try to pressure you into getting a membership and give you attitude when you say you don’t want one. Staff did no pre- cleaning like they used to,just barely directs you while playing on their phone. They went from scrubbing to spraying to nothing. I still have bugs all over the front that I’m having to scrub off. All the windows have water marks. I paid $24 for everything, including the tires cleaned and they are still filthy. I went to two different spots to get a vacuum to work, in which the first one the top kept falling off and I said something to a worker who got annoyed at me about it. When I finally got to a working vacuum there was water falling on me and my car (it’s sunny out and hasn’t rained in 3 days). I think it’s time to start going else where especially since it cost more here and getting a terrible job"

"After reviewing my credit card statement I noticed a $45.00 charge from Zip Car Wash in Carrollton, Ga. I only got a car wash should have been $12.00 charge. I notified my CC company which told me this is a recurring charge and I would need to contact Zip Car Wash. I called them and all the could do is cancel the membership which he could find no record of me requesting or receiving. So we paid $45.00 for one car wash. We have been customers for over 6 years. Plus last time we went the truck was still dirty and when you go to pay an employee comes and does the transaction with NO receipt."

"Most of the vacuums work at about 50% power, so you have to know which one to pick if you actually want to vacuum your car. Most of their air blowers don't work either. I was once told that they didn't have any cleaning solution for their spray bottles after I had already paid the $12. For $12 for a basic wash, one would hope for great facilities. It seems to have become a little run down and neglected over the years."

"Place had gone down hill… they are thieves… pay for tire shine which never works but they used to provide tire shine you could apply your self… was told yesterday they are no longer allowed to do that… vacuum’s do not work… staff did no pre- cleaning like they used to… still have bugs all over the front…. Go somewhere else where they don’t just take your money without provided the services you pay for… it will close down soon enough… too many other better choices in Carrollton now. Serves them right."
