"We went last night (10/20) around 8:30 pm. No one was there but my husband and I. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender meal. My chicken was very hard. My husband ordered the new cheese steakhouse classic meal. The steak was cold and the cheese was not melted like you see in the commercial. I said the order was dine in. After about 15 minutes, I went to the bathroom. There was a bag of food on the counter. An employee looked at the bag and then said my name. I have no idea how long it sat there. We knew the had to cook and I could see a few cars fo thru the drive thru. But do better cooking and don't let the food just sit in the counter."
"Terrible!! I love ARBYs.. but, the girl who I assume was supposed to be cashiering was outside talking to friends. Went inside and had to wait for a cook to take my order. Trash cans inside over flowing.. dining room and absolute mess..empty napkin bins and straw bins.. supplies all over the order counter.. this was not a good dining experience."
