"Heidi was our server. She was so attentive & quick ! All of our food was made flawlessly but she was the real star of the show, so friendly. We eat out a lot & you just can’t find good service anymore, UNTIL WE FOUND HEIDI! We will be back soon & will absolutely request you as our waitress. Thank you so much Heidi :)"

"Took over 20 minutes to get our food. Husband's trout was over cooked and I ordered the fish and chips and I sent it back. It was so tough and chew I couldn't even cut through it. The garlic biscuits was delicious and the server was mostly friendly. Won't go back for a long while."

"Waiting for a table and food was with not a lot of people there was ridiculous. The staff looked sloppy. We ate the endless shrimp and the best one is the Dragon shrimp and the coconut shrimp the rest was mediocre."

"They have definitely gone up on prices, just like everywhere else, and gone down on the quality of food. The flounder used to be thick and fluffy, but now it's very thin, and mostly crust, instead of fish. The cheddar biscuits are half the size they used to be. Check out my photos, and you will see what I mean. They still have "Endless Shrimp" for $20., So that's still a good deal. But, I've always ordered the fried flounder, but I am no longer interested in Red Lobster's flounder, and disappointed in their famous biscuits now. I was truly disappointed. And, like everywhere else, they do not have enough servers, so you have to wait longer than usual for everything. Our server was very friendly and apologized, but it wasn't her fault, it was Red Lobster's fault. We got seated right away, because we got there as soon as they opened on Sunday at 11, but as others came in, they had long waits, although there were plenty of tables empty. Just not enough help....I probably won't go back to this Red Lobster, although it's been my go to, for many years. I will just wait and try a different one, and see if it's any better."
