"First of all they don't make it easy for new customers to know what's going on there. Second of all my food was straight and I mean STRAIGHT COLD. Couldn't get no salt or napkins it was a very bad experience. Will never return."
"We decided to do a puppy meet up with good friends at Jim and Nicks. The restaurant was set up a little different but it was nice. The staff was so kind to our puppies and they were so attentive. We really enjoyed our time we will be coming back soon!"
"First time for us at this place. The food was delicious, but I am not a fan of upscale fast food. I do prefer being served at the table including ordering at the table. Other than that is was very good. Oh! And if you have your kitchen personnel serve the plates, please have them wear clean aprons. That was kind of gross seeing all the fat splatters on it."
"Amazing food, extremely quick greet & food to table. However service was subpar once I was at the table. There should be a better tipping option because I gave $10 at the beginning for just me, then didnt see a server to ask for more sauces and a to go box until I finally got up and went to the bartender. However, my food was absolutely amazing. I even took a dozen muffins home to the fam for a special treat."
"Our server, Lynn, was the best thing about the experience. They didn't have most of the things we ordered from the menu and the substitutes were not good. The spare ribs were extremely tough and the baked potato was dry. The meat on the baked potato (pork) did not have a good taste and everything was priced at such a cost you would expect it all to be exceptionally good. The line waiting to give their order was all the way out the door. They had one guy putting the orders in and every time we told him what we wanted he had to go to the back to see if they had it. We have eaten at several other locations and we're well pleased with the food and service. Hopefully this was a 1 time thing for this location and the rest of the time it's as good as the others we have visited."
