"We pulled up in our van 5 minutes before closing after being told we couldn't order from THREE different places that closed within 15 min of us calling. The employees were SO SWEET and we had the best time just placing our order. Then, when we pulled around in our campervan, the staff started fawning over our little pet doggie "Cookie". They even gave her a chicken finger as a "pup cup". This was the FRIENDLIEST Zaxbys that we have ever been to, and we will not have this one as our 4th choice in the future, but rather the 1st or 2nd.. A+!!!"

"I went during lunch and had a great experience. The person at the register was super helpful and friendly. When I went to vet my drink I didn't even fill it and my food was ready. The food was amazing. I would definitely go again."

So my wife gets up there and asks if they would make her food over as well because it was cold at this point from having to go back. The manager refused and was very rude.
