Jack's

"Every time we order from this Jack's, the food is never good. The food is never fresh and there have been multiple times we have had bugs in our food. I ordered some French fries and they were VERY OLD and overly salted. ( I literally ordered them about 5 minutes before this post is being made)They served me fries that looked like they have been sitting in there ALL DAY. I will never recommend anyone in town or out-of-town to eat here. It will be a complete waste of money. This place is literally the main fast food restaurant we have, and it is the nastiest place to go eat! What a waste."

"This is by far the WORST Jacks I have ever been to and I've been to a lot of different Jacks in my life. The crew is sooooo slow, doesn't matter if there is three customers or 30. They work at the same pace. Slow af. The old lady at the register takes her sweet time doing EVERYTHING and she's VERY rude. I was the first in line. It took her 40 mins to acknowledge me and take my order. I tried to complement her on her jewelry and she snapped at me. The ONLY reason and I mean the ONLY reason I didn't blow up on her and everybody else was because I was wearing my company logo and it would have made my company look bad. Also it took another 22 minutes to receive my food. It took up my entire one hour lunch break causing me to be late getting back on the clock. I thought maybe they were having a bad day so I decided to give them another chance. Well the same thing happened the next week I went there. They need to put someone with people skills on the register. I DO NOT recommend THIS Jacks. And I on top of my company and employees will NEVER go back."

"3 baby wings for our 2 piece chicken dinner. They didn’t say a word about it. called back and they don’t have any authority to do anything."

"Undoubtedly the worst Jack's I have ever been to. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was not terrible, but the hash browns tasted like rancid grease. I threw them away. My l large coffee with cream and sugar was black. I drank it anyway. I asked for salt and pepper and the woman nodded, but I got only salt. I said "good morning" when I pulled up to the window, but the only words she spoke to me were "8 dollars" "8 dollars". I have been to this store several times over the last five years hoping that it will improve. It has not. This was the last time I will try; It is obvious that no one is actually trying to fix the problems here."

"If a zero star was possible for the food it would get it, Sweet tea was the best part of my meal. Got chicken tenders fries and a sweet tea. The chicken tenders weren't tender, very cold like it's been sitting on the counter waiting to go into someone's bag. The fries weren't cooked all the way had quite a few that was half raw and half cooked. The honey mustard was slimy like it was old. All around will never be back at this Jack's, an I hear bad things about Roanoke's Jack's but never had this experience just rude service."
