"Went to do a Togo order, waited about 7 mins until the Togo girl finally came into the room. Did a Togo order for traditional bone in lemon pepper wings with fried pickles. She said it'd be about 15 mins. So I waited, a man came in to pick up his food, he waited a few mins, called the restaurant to let them know he was there and they said she'd be there in a min. About 10 mins go by and she finally comes and gives him his food. She goes back into the kitchen and a few minutes later a lady comes to pick up an order, same thing except she asked two other employees if there was someone working in the Togo area and one said yeah she'll be there and the other said has she been in here? And I said that the lady had already been here about 10 mins, the waitress said she must be working on something then. Another ~5 mins go by and she brings out my food. The pickles were half cooked and the traditional wings are boneless wings. I already rarely go there, but there's honestly no point in going back when I can get better food and service and pay less."
"Fist time going to this place and would not recommend. Went there for my husband's birthday dinner Saturday night. Upon entry we saw the host was sitting us at a table setting, looked like some of the higher chairs. We immediately asked politely if we could get a booth. She said they didn't have any open at the moment. I responded to tell her our daughter(who is 3) has seizures and if she falls I can't have her sitting that high, we would wait for a booth if that was ok. The host got an absolutely beyond snobby attitude with us, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing like she was peeved. Iv worked in the food industry and I know they do rotations for sitting people down and it wasn't our intention to throw that off but she didn't even care to know why and just immediately got rude and snappy with us. We were turning around to leave at that moment because of her attitude but decided to stay so we didn't have to drive around and have the kids wait to eat. Absolutely wrong decision on our part. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our appetizers. Then waited almost another hour for our food. Trying to keep 2 toddlers entertained in a restaurant environment for that long was straining. We debated on whether to tell our server to just cancel our orders an hour in but figured they would be out soon after waiting for so long but time just kept dragging. Our server was really nice and we knew none of this was her fault and felt bad that she was having to deal with everything taking a long time just like us. We finally got our appetizers, the sampler and the cheese curds. The only thing hot were the boneless wings on the sampler. I wasn't about to complain because it took forever for it to come out and if we sent it back we probably would have waited another hour. Eventually we got our food, yea definitely nothing amazing about it. I had my cold dry chicken strips on a hot dog bun that had fries, really really old wilted sad looking pieces of what I'm assuming was supposed to be the coleslaw without the sauce, but had a light drizzle of the sauce on top of the extremely dry chicken strips....was not happy. Overall the only thing that got eaten were the wings that others ordered. Really unhappy we waisted his birthday money on this place. We never get to go out to eat because we can't afford it, hence why we waited for birthday money to be able to go out, and this was supposed to be a nice family time out but ended up being a struggle. Not worth it."
"$13 for chips. There is no chicken or cheese on here and when asked if we could get some chicken was told everything is portioned out and it's under the cheese that is also missing Or she could get more but would be charged for it. Every other Buffalos I have been to has double to amount of food on it."
"We were seated quickly and our server Melanie asked for our drink order soon after. Our table was clean and the atmosphere exciting. Drinks came soon after they were ordered. The Ferus IPA is a must try if you like IPAs and the pineapple mojito was very refreshing. We ordered street tacos for an appetizer and they were delicious. Very flavorful. I really liked the fresh cilantro and Pico de gallo. For our meal my wife ordered the chicken tenders with mild Buffalo sauce. They were cooked perfectly and the sauce was just perfect. Not to hot, just the right amount of heat. I ordered the all American cheese burger. It was great! Juicy and flavorful. The toppings were fresh. Very tasty burger. We're looking forward to our next visit. This place is great!"
