McDonald's

"I was trying to be understanding when I called to ask for a refund for my order that I placed on the app and then sat in the drive-through 20 something minutes for I still hadn’t made it to the speaker. (hey McDonald’s, you have the location services activated in my settings on your app so go check the time I waited) The menu was not even visible on the screens, so I figured there was some type of electrical or technical problem… I called, and when I started to say that I had been in the drive-through and I needed to leave to make it to an appointment…I was hung up on. So I called back from a different number. I asked the young lady what her name was. She said “Leslie”. apparently Leslie doesn’t like talking to customers that have a problem which is what customer service is actually all about. Leslie then told me something opposite from what the McDonald’s app says, and that to get a refund I would have to get it on the app. Well, the app says that we have to talk to the individual restaurant because they are all franchised and the Restaurant has been paid for the order. Leslie stated that she was not told that, and that if I didn’t get a refund that if my order was not picked up, it would be Refunded after midnight tonight. Man up Leslie. Don’t be a.$:@/$ And hang up on somebody that just needs an answer."

"Went through the drive thru this morning, ordered hot cakes and sausage. Pulled up, paid, and was told to park at lot 1 to wait for the food. 30 min later and we get it. The pancakes are hard as a rock! How does someone mess up pancakes?"

"Waited 30 minutes for 2 Big Macs and a Quarter Pounder. The restaurant was empty, with the exception of 3 vehicles in the drive thru line. It was around 6:30pm, so no excuse for such poor service."

"This place continues to mess up my order or just be the worst in service. If not for convenience, no one will drive to go here. They forgot my husband’s food for over 30 mins and he couldn’t leave bc he had paid amd didnt get anything until he went in to talk to someone. He’s not upset, I am—bc this is not the first, second or TENTH time this branch falls completely short. Employee training is vital and should be implemented"

"The service was fast and our order was filled exactly as placed. The floors and some of the tables were a little dirty and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall the experience was a little above average for the McDonald's that we've visited in the past. It should be noted that there is not a playground at this McDonald's but there is ample outdoor seating for nice weather days."
