"Great service. Especially through Door Dash. Quick service. This location is not crowded. Handy but often forgot about because it is not a freestanding KFC and signage is hard to see."

"Just went through the drive thru had my order taken by a rude lady who pulled us up although no one else was there then immediately some woman in a NASTY uniform basically throws the food at us and we get home and the food is WRONG! Of course it is I keep trying to call to get it fixed but guess what they won’t answer the phone this is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to"

"Update: 9/23/23 - it’s been 3 years since I visited and it has really gone down hill. We came for dinner at 8:00 pm on a Friday night and the food was awful. I bought the box for $20 and 2 family Mac & cheese. I spent over $30 and I regret it. The Mac and cheese was old, cold, dry and clumpy. The chicken tasted terrible! The fried chicken tasted like a cold blob of flavorless grease, the French fries were over-salted, the biscuits were hard. The nuggets were hot and compared to the rest it was ok, but seriously I was really disappointed!"

"WOULD BE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE, We ordered online a 12 piece chicken bucket and fries, We got to the store they told us to wait so we sat down, we waited 10 minutes for our order that was suppose to be done 15 minutes earlier and she warned us the food just came out and was hot, The minute I got in the car I could smell a rancid odor coming from the bag, we tried the fries on the way home and they were cold and hard, We got home and took it out the bag and it was absolute carnage in the bucket, We immediately went back to the store to complain, We spoke to Sherian the manager and we were told she could not refund our money because it was an online order and then proceeded to say she could not take the food back and didn’t offer to replace it at all, she was rude and condescending. We’ll never be eating here again!"

"Picked up at the drive thru. The building was very clean and new looking, easy access from the highway. The original chicken was flavorful and falling off the bone but greasy, we’ve decided that is just the way this brand of chicken is served after reviewing several different stores. The large sides look very appealing in the containers and have great consistency when taken from the container, the Mac and Cheese is creamy. The gravy compliments the potatoes well. All three are good comfort foods and good choices with your chicken."
