"Service here is 3/10 chance of good service. Ive ran into more rude employees than good ones. Also had more bad prepared food than good. We wont leave bad reviews off one visit cause it could be an off day but this was mutiple times. If you want good Sheetz food go to 5th Ave. My most recent visit I ordered a sandwich and a supervisor guy and a regular employee was working the kitchen. The cashier was friendly. Well Jae the supervisor was cleaning the counters and floor (had blue gloves on too) and jumped to the finisher to finish my sandwich without any glove swap or handwash. That was disgusting and I know he was trained better and knows to switch gloves and wash hands. I immediatly wrote to home office. This store is still good for regular merch like cooler drinks, candies, chips, coffees, etc. I just definetly dont recommend ordering the food. "EXTREMELY SLOW MTO. Took 38 minutes to prepare a salad and two hot dogs. Order was placed at 12:05 and not finished preparing until 12:43. Only two people working MTO and one was running back and forth between food prep and cash register. Saw employees touching screens and headset microphones with gloved hands then touching food. I understand they were busy, but this came down to lack of preparation and staffing. We go to Sheetz frequently and have never experienced wait times like this. Absolutely rediculous. Will not be back."

"Dirty parking lot, annoying people from regional jail trying to bum rides off of you, store stock always low. But good food and friendly staff. Keep the outside area clean and chase off the convicts"

"An amazing gas station, clean and friendly. With walking distance of LongHorn Steak House. We place a to-go order and walk over to Sheetz to kill a couple minutes. My children love frozen drinks. Inside and outside seating is available. Highly recommended."
