"Just had Sunday morning breakfast. Very friendly staff!!! The baby knocked over a cup of coffee and the “guy in the button up shirt” (assuming manager or assistant manger) came over and helped us clean it up. Great experience!"

"Really disappointed in the food. The fries are always over salted and the portion of fries is incredibly small. I asked why so little and was told that how it is. Also, asked for my shake to be made thick, it wasn't. My shake even had a hole in the bottom and I had a mess on my hands when I got home. We've eaten there 3 times and all 3 times have had a bad experience. Now we avoid Jack's at all costs and just go to kroger and buy ice cream whenever we want ice cream."

"When I tell you the atmosphere is so awful as soon as you walk in you hear the manager yelling at the crew members. The crew members are putting off such a bad energy. We ordered our food our cashier was rude huffed and rolled her eyes with every question. We waited over 30 mins for our order which had been sitting so sloppily on the counter with flies landing in the grits and gravy numerous people leaned across our tray they had half the order ready and just had it sitting on the counter to get cold. We watched as 5 people who ordered after us get their food while our half filled order sat on the counter. We then decided to get a refund from the manager who was yelling the whole time from the drive thru station and her response was we are short handed I counted 12 people 12 I’ve ran shifts with 3 before and didn’t have this kind of problem I waited and watched 7 people bring orders back wrong. Jacks y’all only been open for 2 weeks and it’s awful get better managers and your crew will be a lot better. I will only eat at the Bremen location from now on!!!!!! Save your money and eat elsewhere"

"Every time I come here either inside dinning or take out my food is ALWAYS FRESH AND SUPER FAST!! Employee's are super friendly and very helpful. My order has always been complete with drinks, sides,dipping sauce and always hot they give you a time when ordering online and Everything it's always correct!! Based on some of theese reviews I think the restaurant employees across the street have too much time on their hands! Oh and not to mention they can always make shakes here!!! They are delicuous!!!"

"It's still a pretty long drive-thru line. After tasting my food, I know why. The food is tasty, fresh, and hot. Everyone was nice. The only issue I had was that I received green beans instead of slaw. I probably would suggest making sure you receive everything before driving off since I had to ask for a drink and icecream cone that were missing."
