"Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady that took the order was nice but when I got the window they handed me a cup that had a crack all the way from the top to the bottom. As soon as the dude handed it to me the cup split in half and soaked me and everything in my car. It was already leaking before they sent it out the window so they knew it was busted. Never had any problems here so it's disappointing the quality of employees has started to slip."

"I have to downgrade my review because of the service that I received this morning. I ordered a steak and cheese combo but was given a sausage and cheese combo, and when I took it back in the girl behind the counter who was making biscuits said I know what I heard and it was not a steak biscuit even though I had to receive in my hand. Bad customer service"

"Went through the drive thru. Biscuits and gravy were very good. Coffee was fresh and hot. Staff were " local friendly". Nice, friendly and treated me like a neighbor. Would recommend. Well operated Bojangles."

"Usually pretty good....MUCH better than KFC up the road. They, like others, mess up your order 25% of the time but that has become the new norm for drive thru it seems"

"Got the 3 PC chicken tender dinner, strips were so tiny, asked for fries but got borounds instead. Would've been fine if it wasn't for the fact that the bo rounds were soggy with grease and cold. This meal was not worth $8.99. I'm very disappointed, and I told the lady at the mic I wanted fries, not bo rounds 3x. I'll be choosing a different chicken restaurant in the future."
