"The wait was longer than it should have been. However the food was hot and good. The attendant was extremely nice and did apologize for the wait. Some one had driven off and their order system was corrupt. It seems to me that there would be a system that you would be able to pinpoint the error and correct the order cue. The plus is hot food and I never really mind waiting for that. The lady was so nice that I would go out of my way to patronize this place."

"There were 2 cards ahead of us when we pulled into the drive thru. It took 22 minutes for us to get through to the window. The girl took my debit card and handed me our food. I asked for ketchup and she handed that out, said "have a nice day", and closed the window. I tapped on it and said, "you have my card". She then swiped it again! Then she said, "it's not working, do you have cash"? I told her no and she looked back at it and said, "Oh, it worked". I got our food and checked our banking app and, sure enough, I was charged twice! AND she tried to get cash out of me. My husband went inside to tell them, which took another 10 minutes because they didn't know how to refund to the card. Now our food is cold. Also, we saw 4 cars leave the line behind us. I do not recommend this location."

"No greeting and took 12 minutes to get the order. The employee that took our order was never going to give us the order until a female employee asked when you going to fill their order it has been 12 minutes. He muttered something and the female finally prepared our order. Fries were fine, but burgers were too strong with mustard. First time to Krystal and will be my last as felt unwelcome their and burger was bad."

"Dinner and a show. Got the 10 for $6 add cheese. 26 minuts later they arrive without cheese. I take them back to the counter to be corrected. They get taken apart cheese added and crammed back into the original boxes. 14 minutes later they come back, cold and unmelted cheese. Some of the cheese just crammed in the box. After the third trip to speak to a manager to ask if this is acceptable. Three people behind the counter get into a cursing fight and leave. Attached is a photo of what I got."
