Jack's

"had a wonderful experience coming to said location asked if they still had breakfast going on they said yes. I ordered my food and got it as quick as possible. I will be back again . Wonderful and helpful staff."

"I've tried about every thing on the Jack's menu that includes chicken or burger and I don't like their food, period. This location doesn't help itself either. I've encountered rude employees, and some nice, but more rude. Twice I've gotten a chocolate shake only. And twice they put the chocolate syrup in and dumped the ice cream and milk in it and never mixed it. A mixer NEVER touched those milkshakes. I just used my own handheld mixer when I got home. So I decided I'll just make my own shakes before going to Jack's for one and paying them so i can make it myself anyway. They aren't that busy any time I've been there. Idk. I give up on them though. The whole chain. I won't eat at another Jack's. It's just not for me."

"The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful and the food is top notch. The whole atmosphere is great. Me and my wife love thier strawberry cheesecake pies. Highly recommend"

"This Jack’s is always consistent with their food, service and prices. Today we had to wait for fresh burgers at the front door, and the employee who brought out our food realized she forgot our sauces and went and grabbed them for us. I have yet to be disappointed in the food, the service or the prices at this location. One of my favorite fast food places around!"

"I went to get food yesterday with my sister and the lady at the counter had her phone out, talking with other co workers. I stood there for about five minutes and waited till they finished talking to order. Then after ordering, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food.. ended up being cold, stale, salty fries. No cheese on my double cheese burger. My sister had gotten the chicken tender plate with two sides, they said they were out of mashed potatoes so gave her green beans and slaw instead without consulting her. They are not attentive to customers nor are they aware of customers walking in. Takes forever to get food and to order. Even worse through the drive thru!! Jacks used to be better when it opened. Then all the old people who worked there quit. Had a nice young lady named Kayla and another named loralie who would take my order and they were always quick and sweet. No wonder you can't keep people the coworkers are rude!!"
