"SO GREAT!! I'm so happy they reopened this place!!! I have came here a few times and ate inside usually I go through the drive thru(which is always good for when you're in a rush) but when I went in there everyone was kind I order and by the time I sat down my food was done ✅ and it was fresh everything was exactly what I expected looked just like the picture on the menu. Highly recommend going here"

"We had chicken sandwiches and fries. They were very good. They were seasoned well and not bland. Will do again."

"Management is pointless. The workers were better at customer service. The biscuits were raw on 2 biscuits and the other 2 were cut so weird you couldn't hold them. The manager hands me 4 biscuit barely wrapped in a ripped bag. When I went in to bring this to their attention. I was talking to the workers and the manager stops the girl to yell at her. Then I ask if there is a different manager and the woman comes out and proceeds to stand at the opposite end of the counter and told me to bring it there. Even though it wad already on the counter 5 feet from her. I told her she could walk over there the same as I could and it would be more to pick up the items that I was trying ro show her how they came out of the bag. She literally stood there and pointed. So, i brought them to her, but not how they were. She proceeds with an attitude. She gives me my money back after making me go get the receipt. Even though I was the last and only transaction within this 5 min. I recommend closing it back down because it will be run back into the ground with management like this."

"I really wanted to like this Bo's after the last one shut down. Unfortunately I don't think this one will last long due to really poor customer service. I will NOT give them any more of my money to this location as long as the girl with blonde hair that was taking orders at 11:20am is there. I went for lunch today for my husband because he loves him some Bo's. The girl who took my order is very passive aggressive, condensing and sarcastic. What topped it off for me was after I received my food I was missing my biscuits I tried to get her attention and she gave me her back. The guy with the curly hair pointed out I was trying to get her attention she turned around and pointed her finger at me to wait. Another guy came to the window. And apologized for her and gave me my biscuit I was missing. He was very apologetic. Due to the attitude of the girl taking the order y'all have lost a great customer."

"I've had 1 great experience, 1 decent, and 1 bad experience. In that order. Not a good trend. The lady at the window was extremely rude to my wife and the fries were horrible. They left the buscuit out and had to go back. Sandwich was delicious. If the customer service doesn't get better, this will fail just like the last one. I'm a die hard bo jangles fan and I want this one to succeed so bad. Lafayette is a long drive. Please do better."
