"this place is awful. Don't ever send your kids there. Unless you want them to get abused. My niece went here and she had a few "incidents" there. when asked for footage they refused to give it always having an excuse like "the cameras don't work" or "the footage deletes after 24 hours". They do not care about kids. Only wants money. Don't send your kids there unless you want something to happen. If you look at the records you will find all of their Child Abuse claims, their is quite a few. Only found out ab those after."
"3 days is all it took at this facility for me to pull my child out of care here, after becoming alarmed with the unprofessionalism and careless of not only the staff but the director as well. Not only have I witnessed the teachers screaming at children upon drop-off and pick-up of my child, they are also extremely incompetent to answer the phone for updates upon your child. My spouse and I have called the facility an excessive amount of times throughout the daily only to reach no answer, then be informed my child has cried all day upon pick-up. After this incident of explaining to call me upon my child's bad days, my son is found in a corner by himself upon pick-up, again stating he had a bad day. My 3-year old child becoming petrified daily, telling his parents other children are going to 'fight' him here. After explaining Amie the issues at hand here, she resumes to be unprofessional, yell over the phone, and call us liars. I do not know the full truth that is hidden in this daycare, but I can say the truth lies within the lawsuit that is against them they try their best to hide. EDIT UPON OWNER RESPONSE: A child cannot become comfortable in a facility that does not focus on children individually and give them the love that they need. Teachers screaming at children (hense the lawsuit against CLCC as proof that indeed exists and still lives within CLCC) does not help a child ‘warm up’."
"Our son has been here for just about a year, and we all have never been happier. He loves the teachers and always excited to go. They are very informative of issues, and very kind and understanding towards each child. Always recommend this place to family and friends looking for childcare."
"I noticed a review that stated a child contracted COVID-19 from the childcare center. I feel as a parent of a infant that attends this facility I need to comment. Yes, there was a positive case in the infant room. A room that my infant son shares with the infant that contracted COVID. The staff promptly notified parents that there was a positive case and took the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all children at the facility. The staff worked hand-in-hand with the health department and went above and beyond health department recommendations to ensure a thorough deep cleaning/sanitizing took place. What bothers me the most is that this review stated the child contract COVID from the facility. Please note, there was only ONE positive in the entire facility and that includes other children and staff members. To me, this speaks volumes to the sanitizing and cleaning that the employees conduct on a daily basis. It’s frustrating to me, as a parent and essential worker, that this person would lay blame on the facility. We ALL run the risk everyday of contracting the virus. The facility conducts temperature checks on each child upon arrival and ensures all parents/guardians and staff members sanitize, maintain social distancing and wear a mask. I applaud the facility that has stayed opened through the entire pandemic for their exceptional efforts and taking care of my son while my husband and I go to work. Thank you!"
"My daughter has been going to the center since she was 10 months old. She is now 5 1/2 and i dread the day we leave to go to elementary school. They have loved her and treated her like family since day 1. I can not begin to list the things they have taught her. She is prepared to start school next year. Also, following rules treating each other with respect, annd using good manners are taught and expected. This center has become our family and i am very thankful to have them help me raise my sweet girl❤️"
