Reviews of Signal Point, NPS
"We hiked from signal point to edwards point and also did the bee branch trail around the lake. Wow— what a hike! The views, the water elements, the rock faces, the difficulty level! It took it out of us, but what a great afternoon. The suspension bridge were really neat, and the view from Edwards point is quite something. Worth it, bring water!"
"Amazing views! Some of the structures on the trails could use some work. But it was very enjoyable and felt safe"
"Primarily, this spot is a trailhead parking lot (a good size one), but it’s a bit more. I liked the good amount of shade (seasonal, of course), the clean (and attractive) restrooms, and a great picnic shelter that is incorporated into the beautiful scenic overlook. This is a great place to start a journey or simply stay and chill for a while."
"Wow! Awesome hike from Cumberland trail head to the dam. Not an easy stroll, but the views were amazing. Love the sound of the water even when you can see it. And the overlook views at Julia falls were so inspiring. Dipping the feet in the water below the dam were definitely satisfying and refreshing for my tootsies."
