"Old and dirty store to start off with. Got four orders of fries and they were completely orange with salt and inedible had to throw them all out. Tea had turned so had to throw those out to. Cookies were odd too, like dry with melty chocolate. Really sad because we had a five star experience at another Jacks days ago. If consistency is this far off, think I will stay away from Jacks although especially when a family member told me they got food sickness at a Decatur one."
