"I only give 1 star because I can't give a zero. This man in beyond unprofessional. He went from trying to keep secrets about the project so that he didn't have to fix the problem to cussing at me in my own home because I found out about. He also didn't even know how to lay the flooring that I ordered from him personally. Do not use this man. I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't called the better business bureau on this company yet."

"I was reluctant because of previous (old) bad reviews. Owner very quickly gave me references of people he’s worked for and all have excellent reviews. One was a local business owner who I knew so I was confident they were legit customers. His pricing is very reasonable, much less than the other 2 estimates I had. You have to be flexible with timeline, started a few days later than initially planned but communication was great. Would definitely recommend and use again!"

"Refinished and replaced damaged old hardwood floors. This company did an amazing job!!! The floors look brand new. We are absolutely delighted with their work. We could not have asked for a more perfect result. Dr. and Mrs. Brian Bailey"

"Decided to give these guys a try based on a recommendation by a neighbor. They were eager to begin and get partial payment "to order materials" NEVER use these people they tear stuff apart, make a mess, leave cigarette butts all over your yard, and then leave and don't come back. I have had to act like a complete jerk to get what little bit of what remains finished after 7 weeks of working with them. My next call will be to the BBB and possibly to file some paper work to get my refund so I can get someone else to finish their mess."

"They are completely unreliable and don't finish their work. The work they do is marginal at best. We asked them to stain trim and stair treads to match the floor and they used poly with no stain so they aren't even close. On top of that we were told it was a two day job, however it lasted for 3 weeks before they just stopped without completing it. They were paid for most of the job part of the way through. Now they haven't completed the job and won't return phone calls. Do not use this floor service."
