"Coming to this branch is a breath of fresh air. I haven't banked with them for very long but the staff is amazing. I've never seen a hidden attitude, never been quoted policy, never have been treated that they are right (and I'm wrong). Everytime I go to the branch they seem to go above and beyond. There is a couple of services they don't have since they are a smaller bank....but I don't miss it. There kindness and how they treat people make up for it all. They are consistently awesome. Everyone has bad days and moments, but somehow they are always wonderful! I have had issues that needed to be corrected and they were quick to help me. To be fair, everytime I go in they are quick to help me. Treating people with kindness is so hard to find these days. There is just no comparison to most of the banks in Tallahassee. The cookies are great too. :)"
