"I don’t know how to describe this room. It’s beyond bad. I’m not a diva - I don’t need or ask for much - but I’ve never seen a hotel room like this. It’s the most amazingly bad room I’ve ever seen. I feel like I’m in India or something. But that might be mean to India. I would highly suggest giving this place a pass - unless you want to see the worst of the worst - which I’m actually kind of excited about. How does this place exist? I seriously can’t grasp how this is possible. A few details: dirty sheets, dirty towels, mold on walls, mold on ceiling, one of the beds is shaped like a taco (but to be fair, the microwave between the beds is convenient - if you need a midnight snack). I haven’t had the bug issues yet - but we haven’t gone to bed. There’s another review from a couple weeks ago which is making me nervous about turning off the lights to be greeted by our roach overlords. Definitely sleeping in my clothes. Never done that before. Seriously, this place is wow. I do love the vibe outside though - people grilling in the back of their trucks, pets, good vibes for sure. So, that’s a plus - but that’s outside. Not helping me much for sleepy time."

"The staff was very accommodating even when Expedia overbooked the entire place. We had a fine stay here. Pro tip - When you go to make a reservation for a room, call the hotel instead of any of the online sites."

"My husband is in pearisburg on business.. they dont make coffee in the morning. dont change sheets or clean room and dont pick up dirty towels for clean ones.. they also do not have tv .. they say they do and keep saying they will activate the tv and do not do it.. he has been there a month his room has been cleaned one time.."

"First attempt they would not except with the 54% discount as shown by Expedia, I have since been to the motel, Rooms are acceptable, staff and service for our room needs are excellent! Location is near a lot of amenities, if you walk, close by everything if driving. Website should be updated as there is no longer pool table or laundry facilities, not that I had laundry to do. For a home away form home, staff do make you feel very welcome"

"Don’t go in winter. Our company uses hotel engine and as this was only hotel had to stay. Looked good in pictures far as it goes. There were two of us with exact same issue water in tub black, holes in wall but straw that broke camels back no heat gave it 2 hours and set there freezing was as cold as it was when got there as sun went down you can imagine how cold it got. Definitely goes on company do not stay list."
