"My son has been a patient here for over a year now. Not once has he seen an actual doctor and the nurse practitioners have to use their computers in order to search symptoms to find out what’s wrong with my son. I should had known some thing was wrong from then, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I made sure when I scheduled the appointment I needed my son to be seen by an actual doctor! So I get to the appointment for 8:45 and was told a doctor would not be here until after 10:00. The old white lady at the front tells me it’s my fault because I scheduled the appointment for 8:45. These people will not care for your child!!! I honestly don’t know how they have good reviews up here. In my honest opinion every time I’ve came to this location was always a more and more disappointment. I want the best care for my son, and that is not much to ask for."

"Absolutely blown away!! We had the best experience at Kids health Valdosta! We waited maybe 10 minutes ( our old pediatrician we waited well over an hour). The staff was so friendly and fun! Both of my boys loved the kids play area and how kid friendly everything was. I loved Dr James! She is so kind and attentive. The nurses, PA, and staff were top notch! The lady in the front office was so kind she even gave my boys a treat when we checked out. I usually dread taking my kids to the pediatrician because of the long waits, never seen by the dr, and not getting to have a voice/choice in my kids medical decisions, now I am actually excited and encouraged to go to the pediatrician. We are excited to be with Dr James for many years to come!!"

"When I tell you Dr.James is this mommas hero!! My son was 2 years old before I ever took him to a doctor. Based on the reviews, I came to Dr. James. Extremely skeptical, and a little ashamed; I explained to her that I was afraid of the effects of vaccines. That I was afraid of doctors in general because of my own experiences. She didn’t judge me; she taught me! She validated my concerns and she changed my whole perspective! Because my son was not up to date on vaccines, she started him on his own schedule and allowed me to have the comfort of easing him in. Using the dosage for a 2 month old to introduce his body to vaccines; and working him up to his correct dosage over time. He even thanked her nurse and herself after his first vaccine. Absolutely shattering the expectations I had from him. Her smile and personality is magnetic to my child. Even when he isn’t sick; he asks for her by name!"

"I was completely blown away with how helpful and hands on the staff and doctor were from the time I walked into this very clean and comfortable establishment. 5 stars all around! They heard my situation and did what they had to do to get my child the help he needed. I am forever grateful and so pleased with the services they provided!! Dr. James was amazing and so straight forward, also got to us in a timely manner which is not always what you get when going to a doctors office. We will definitely be coming back and seeing Dr. James and her amazing staff! A big thank you also to Mrs Denise at the front desk for her helpfulness and caring for my child’s needs!"

"Let me start off by saying that Dr.James deserves all 5 of these stars and then some. I just left her office for the first time with my baby girl and i am beyond satisfied. I had a csection 8 days ago and my baby is considered kinda premature with a couple problems at birth but is doing better now. The hospital referred me to an office that is NOT up to par so i searched online, reading review after review and decided to give Dr.James a try. Its the absolute best decision I could’ve made for my baby girl and myself. She is very patient, very attentive, listens very well, is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly she’s GENUINE. I could feel it. She helped my baby and also reassured me that i came to the right place. I could go on and on about how awesome she is…the office is beautiful, and I waited 0 minutes. I went from the car to my baby being seen about and with so much care. Im beyond happy and recommend her to EVERYONE and i mean EVERYONE who wants real genuine care for their child or children. Make an appointment…you will NOT be disappointed. PEDIATRICIAN OF THE YEAR HANDS DOWN!!! Thank you Dr.James and your team."
