"With this credit union 2015 upon working in Georgia. Only called to what I would qualify for a car loan Agent had no human factor kept asking me to send this that...still did not approve..never answered my question as to what id qualify for just right out rejected me. Is this how folks of color are treated. Will never use or recommend..."
"I had the best experience today. Ben made opening my account touchless, painless, and I even had debit card active and in hand, ALL in 15 mins. Wow!! Thank you to Ms. Licia for directing me to the right person. Great team work. Go robins federal..."
"Really only thing better if someone gave me their money."
"The girls are super sweet. I'm not sure what the man's name is, in one of the offices, but he's really mean. (Maybe mid 30's, white, brown hair, slim) I was waiting in the lobby and he came right up to me, asked me what I needed, and I simply tried to ask if there was any way I could add my husbands name to my savings without us being there together (we work different shifts) and he just kept barking "NO MA'AM" with his hands on his hips, not even letting me try to ask any other questions or finish talking. I actually went in the car and cried because I've been trying to get this done for almost a year and he wasn't even willing to try to help me find a solution to the problem. Just kept barking "NO MA'AM". I didn't realize customer-service-wise that it was now acceptable to use that tone with good customers that have all of their money (little though it be) with you. Especially when they're pregnant and tired as it is. I won't close my accounts because everyone else I've worked with has been really sweet. But I'm not sure why he was hired..."
