"Riky was great as usual! He always greets me with a huge smile and makes my visits to that bank very easy! Helped me with multiple things and not once did i feel like I was bothering him which I really appreciated."
"Avoid this Region's location because of their Fraudulent Activity. The Employees are scammers. I tried to receive money from a Western Union Transaction. The Bank Tellers made me wait for a long time while they assisted other Customers. Then, when I finally spoke with a Teller, She tried to ask me for my Social Security Number inorder to receive money from the Western Union Transaction. I asked why she would need my Social Security Number and she told me "Because We Are a Bank"... Important Note: I informed the Bank Teller that I was not a Member of their Bank and THEY STILL ASKED FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. Avoid this location. I immediately left and called the Western Union Customer Support Department, who informed me that I only needed my ID and Confirmation Number for any of their Network Associations. Please Avoid this bank location because the Bank Tellers are fraudulent and scammers. Avoid these Scamming Bank Tellers at this location. They are doing something fraudulent and Never Provide them your Social Security Number, they are doing some inside job scamming."
"Don’t know what’s going on with the professionalism of this particular branch but I’ve waited 45 minutes while these two gals have been sitting down talking to each other about their weekend when I’m sitting there trying to open up a business account and all you hear is laughing and having a good time like at social hour. Never use regions bank got to be one of the worst southern banks in the United States"
"I visited the Marianna, FL branch today to cash a check. I was immediately treated rudely coming in the door. The teller was no older than 25 with a blouse that hung off her shoulder. Very unprofessional attire. I informed her I wanted to cash a check. She asked if I had an account with the bank. I answered no. She rapidly handed me back the check and said, "You need to put your thumb print on the check and it will be a $2 cost to cash the check." The way she said it was rude and very disrespectful. No warmth at all. Poor attitude.......rolling her eyes. I did as I was told and it took forever to get my money. I informed the teller that I thought her costumer service skills were horrible and I will come by tomorrow to speak with her branch manager. I would hate to think that I was racially profiled at this bank. The entire experience was dreadful. So, I don't recommend this branch, to new costumers. I bank with Wells Fargo and I'm very happy with the service and respect I receive from everyone in the bank."
"I know everyone was affected by Michael, but this bank has NO excuse to treat their customers like this. Our house and car were destroyed by the storm, and we relocated to North Carolina to live with family. Since Regions was the only bank functioning at the time, we used it to access our assistance money and also deposited our savings. Yesterday, we went to buy groceries after staying in Georgia for a week and being in North Carolina for another week. My husband informed the teller we would be using the card in both states, but after a week in NC, they locked our debit card. No big deal, right? Just call the bank and let them know you're the one using your card. Wrong. Their system is unstable, still, and is down, so we have no access to our funds. One would think, having an unstable system that's consistently going down, that they may have tried to make contact before locking our card. We didn't receive any contact: no phone calls, no email. Simply went to withdraw money and couldn't. Once my husband called, the teller spoke to him very matter-of-factly and offered zero assistance. Her tone was essentially "Well, you cant access your money, can't fix it now, deal with it." Not only that, but around November 12th, when we set up, we drove out to Marianna to get our check cashed. We were sent home that day due to the high customer volume. My husband was given a number and promised he'd be the first to be served if we arrived at 8 the next morning. We arrived early and were there for nearly five hours. My husband asked VERY SPECIFICALLY about fees. The teller promised him verbally there would be none. No overdraft, as in if the money isn't there the transaction is denied; no excessive use fees; no high ATM fees. We asked about multiple $5.00 charges and were told the system was down so they couldn't check on it. The teller KNEW where the charges came from and lied about it. This was the day before they cut our card off. I know it's not entirely the fault of the bank, but their rude employees and inefficient way of handling accounts is laughable and unacceptable. My advice is to go elsewhere for banking. It's worth the drive. Especially if you're getting money for assistance."
