Chandler's Floor & Wall Covering

"UPDATE (June 10th): Ed Chandler stopped by today. A very nice man. He diagnosed the problem we were having and measured our downstairs. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and look forward to working with him on this project! Patrick was supposed to come by the house June 9th and did not and didn't even call! He was going to give an estimate to fix our tile floors and grouting. But Chandler's has proven to be unworthy of fixing my floors and putting a new floor throughout my downstairs. Your loss!"

"My in-laws were having flooring put in and Chandlers ordered the wrong flooring, it was delivered to their house. Chandlers said they would make it right and correct the issue. They came to pick up the stuff that was delivered and in a few days they received a letter along with a check to reimburse them saying they couldn't do business with them and didn't think they could make them happy. Needless to say that is very bad business to do. They never called to inform them of this nor will they answer any phone calls from my in-laws. They just had kitchen redone through them and were spending a lot of money. What a shame you all did these great people like that. Bad Bad business decision made on your part. I will not be recommending anyone to you all."
