"Terrible workmanship. Metal roof installed Aug. 2018. Roof leaks. Sheathing underneath is rotted. Area around the chimney not repaired properly. METAL SCREWS IN VALLEYS RATHER THAN the peaks. This was a metal roof. .Adkinson came out and basically said not our problem upset beyond belief. Supposed to have a three year warranty on parts and labor. Hopefully with pressure from insurance they will step up to the plate and make it right. Roof has leaked and ruined walls in house. When my husband called Adkinson twice he never returned our calls. We finally got main office to answer . Please come forth and fix this unacceptable work"
"Well, my mother just called me, crying, because these people stole a bunch of her furniture. FURNITURE! The were hired to empty her house, store her belongings, then deliver them to her new home. There were fresh gouges in some of her heirloom furniture, and some of it just never showed up. Not only that, but they left my mother’s house windows completely open for weeks while removing things after her fire. When I complained to the insurance company the owner said “well, someone must have broken in and removed the boards”. Except there never were any boards, and it was a second story window. What, did someone break in and steal the freakin boards? I don’t know how people like this stay in business, but I’m telling you. Stay the hell away from these crooks. I wish we had."
