"Placed an order for shutters here and gave an exact number of shutters needed. The guy never asks or mentions that they are sold in pairs but goes ahead and places an order. After paying I find that I have twice as many as needed and they refuse to take them back because they were a special order. They really can’t get rid of 11 pairs of black solid panel shutters? Every trip up here while replacing my siding I watched the employees crushing and slinging the boxes around like they don’t care. Find somewhere else to do business if you can."

"Terrible customer service, called june 28th to get a quote and was told to come into the store on monday to recieve a quote. Came in monday the 1st of july and told they what i needed. The guy took down my phone number, name and address to the site and said he would call me with the quote after he called to supplier. Never heard back. Called the 17th of july, said they didn't have any record of me asking for a quote. Okay, so come in the 26th after looking at another company. Gave them the same information about what i needed. Took the same information down as before but acted like I was an idiot for wanting to buy a brand they carried instead of another brand they have that he recommended. Now its august 6th, and still haven't heard anything. Guess my business isn't needed, so I ordered my material local in winfield and got a quote in office (while on speaker phone with supplier) and ordered in the same 30 minute window! Material will be in on friday and delivered instead of 2 months of asking for a quote."
