"Finally closed my account there. I have been with them since they first opened in a strip center location on Houston Lake. I wish I had never banked there. Customer service by the employees was good...but bank management has always been elitist. I went to a different bank and it's been eyeopening. I may not be able to speak to someone face to face, but at least I dont feel unworthy, or like I'm getting ripped off every transaction. I sleep better at night knowing that I dont have to take a shower after going to the place I keep my money. I was there for over 30 years and don't miss it at all."
