"Robins Financial Credit Union earlier this year took over the bank that we had a "business account" with. The young man that was in charge of that account ignored the repeated notifications from RFCU and I recently took back control of the checking account. The lady at RFCU was Very helpful and in a few minutes we had straightened out what I needed to do to order new checks and receive upcoming statements. Houston Lodge #35 Widows Fund thanks them for their assistance!"

"They are a wonderful institution and they have good rates but don't know how to service businesses very well. Lines are too long no area for just business banking so you can get in and get out. They need to make several changes to adapt to business customers. They have been trying for many years but still not any closer to being that much better than a local bank. Could be they just need a change in middle management or change in policies."
