"I had been having a rough day and went to get coffee to calm down hoping things would turn around. When I ordered, I was $1.45 off and the manager told me not to worry about it. "Whatever they are paying Vivian, it is not enough. She is the sweetest, most bubbly person I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. These baristas get abused and mistreated daily by angry customers, especially during the holiday season. But Vivian is an absolute doll and made my morning so very happy. Not only her, but they are all so very efficient and kind here. I've always felt welcomed at this Starbucks, which is hard to find in a chain coffee shop."
"I have been here on multiple occasions and it has taken at times 40+ minutes to get 2 basic drinks. They are unable to keep up with the volume of customers. It isn't the staff's fault that they are understaffed but it is unacceptable to expect customers to wait that long. They should close the drive thru if it is too much to handle and only do Cafe service"
"This location has really struggled to keep up with the volume of customers off of exit 14. At peak morning times, add at least 10 minutes to your estimated pick up time. This wouldn't be a huge deal with order ahead, but they also randomly close the cafe in the morning to force you to go through the drive thru. The last two times I've gone have been a 20+ minute wait beyond my pickup time. Drinks are usually prepared well but the wait makes it hard to visit before work."
