"*Update (As of 1/1/24): When given my information via social media, Marco's Pizza STILL did not contact me after weeks of waiting. Their feeble attempt to rectify their mistake is virtue signaling at its finest. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered a signature pizza and garden salad online on 11/29, but they were out of all salads at the time of pick up. They said they'd refund the salad back to my card, but that has yet to happen. I've called with no answer. I've gone to the actual store. The employee working gave me the manager's, Keno, personal phone number to call him myself, which I found really weird. Keno has not replied to the voicemail I left him trying to remedy the issue. I'm on the verge of calling my bank to dispute the charge entirely. Look, I get it. It's not a lot of money, but it's my money and I'm not paying for products I did not actually receive. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to gain the attention of this business. Save yourself the frustration and order from a more professional restaurant."

"This location NEEEEEEVER answers the phone. I called a few different times during regular hours, months ago, to place an order. No one answered the phone. I placed an order online recently and the email confirmation I received wasn't specific on the pizza I ordered, so I called in to make sure. No answer. Thank goodness I was sitting outside the restaurant. I had to go inside to make sure. I go inside and there were only 2 people working. 2 customers ahead of me. 1 of the customers had to ask one of the pizza workers to put on gloves because she was touching and scooting the pizzas in the box. The workers response was "My hands are clean." They had to remake her pizza. Got my pizza and it does not look like the pizza or taste like the pizza I usually order. This location needs to hire a receptionist to answer phones and take orders only. I'm done with this location. Ugh!"

"I placed a carry-out order with this store and when I went to pick up my pizza, there was no one there and the store was locked. There were still pepperonis and cheese out on the counter. There was also still dough in the mixer and a fully cooked pizza sitting on a tray. It was as if whoever was working dropped everything and left. I tried to call the next day to get a refund and no one answered the phone. I will not be a returning customer."

"This place needs to be closed down. Employees are overworked, overwhelmed, and lack any type of communication skills. Ordered a pizza and arrived well after the pick up to be told it was in the oven. I waited an additional 20 minutes, only to return and be handed a completely wrong medium pizza instead of a large pizza. When I said this is not my order, I was told with much attitude that “they told me they are out of dough” and couldn’t fix it, before the gentleman simply removed his apron and walked out. Waited a whole hour for a pizza instead of simply telling me they were unable to fill orders. Nobody in the store knew how to issue a refund, so I was told to call a number online- no pizza, no refund, not even an apology- the staff except for the 2 ladies making the pizzas possessed an ignorance I didn’t even know existed outside of Tubi movie scripts. Don’t waste your time or your money- I wouldn’t even trust them to care about the quality or cleanliness"

"I called on the telephone and they hung up on me so I drove over. When I arrived there was one person in front of me getting his food. I informed the gentleman that someone hung up on me and he said there phone's are messed up. I placed my order at 6:30 went back at 6:50 and they had just pulled my ticket to make my order. I was told they had just put it in and it will be another 7-10 minutes. I will not be back. It was three people working at this location and they still can't get it right. I'm done."
