"They dont honor some coupons and barely honor other coupons sent in the mail. You can only get probably the lowest selling items, like the fake tuna or veggie delight on sale. I just left. I only wanted the sweet onion teriyaki. But not even that is honored in coupons. I won't be going back. There is a firehouse subs 3 min away, and other subways not far."
"WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I placed and paid for a $50 online order. I made the pick up time 45 mins after I placed so they would have plenty of time to get it ready. I get to the store 3 minutes before pickup time, expecting to wait a few more minutes, and get told as soon as I get to the register, rather rudely, that my order isn't ready and I'll have to wait til they are done with the customers in line.
