"I use this branch for my business and I can't ever accomplish anything from a deposit to a withdrawal in less than an hour. You need to bring a lunch for the line here. Currently, I am in line and there are 4 tellers, but only one can do anything. Poorly run branch."

"I've experienced very long wait times to speak with a banker that was not even servicing a client at the time. Update: this bank has incompetent bankers. They've set up 2 of my accounts incorrectly and cost me time and money! I will never come here again aside from using the ATM! Update: this banker set my account up wrong and I ultimately had to close it and create a new one. Instead of asking for help they just try to do things on their own but don't know what they're doing."

"By far slowest/sorriest bank around. Now that they got the bad reviews on long wait on the drive-thru, they don’t even open it. 3:00 on a Wednesday and had to go inside and wait 15 minutes."

"A simple deposit at the drive thru that should have taken 15 minutes max took almost an hour, due to the negligence and incompetent work ethic of the staff. The entire time they were chitchatting and not paying attention. They gave my debit card to another customer and proceeded to gaslight me and say that they gave it back. It was the kindness of the other customer to drive back around and hand me my card. Otherwise I would have never known where my card went. After I told them their mistake, they began downplaying the entire situation like it was no big deal. This location was convenient for me but now I can’t trust the staff and will take my business somewhere else."

"MARK CHAMBLERS showed absolute disgusting behavior trying to get in my personal business when all I came here to do was get a replacement card for my account. I have been banking with this Bank since 2015 my freshman year in college and I have the nerve to be met with a disgusting excuse for a banker why do you hire these type of people I see now why the rating for this particular location is below three stars not even two stars. Please begin to hire people that genuinely want to do their job and not want to sit around and not actually work."
