"I attended a book signing here December 16th. The building architecture is awesome. The decor is Beautiful. I was greeted by a woman named "Mooney" who escorted me to the event floor. She was friendly and courteous just all around an awesome person. Great customer service is hard to come by and Coca Cola is lucky to have her."
"Did you know that some PET plastic bottles are manufactured with and may contain cancer-causing chemical additives? I believe Coca-Cola should commit to ensuring that its suppliers keep any antimony or other toxic chemical additives out of their packaging."
"Coca-Cola's use of cheap PET plastic bottles is contributing to the climate crisis, and creates a disproportionate health risk for communities of color and low-income people. Coca-Cola should bring back refillable bottles to replace plastic, which can contain potentially toxic additives. The company should also work with bottle suppliers to move towards safer alternatives to protect the health of their customers."
"The beverage industry’s addiction to cheap PET plastic bottles may be contributing to the climate crisis, and the health burden of PET plastic production can impact communities of color and low-income folx disproportionately. Coca-Cola should take steps to ensure its suppliers use safer alternatives in their plastic manufacturing processes and bring back refillable bottles to replace plastic, which can contain potentially toxic additives."
"If you call to report an urgent safety hazard on their property that's affecting travelers on Luckie Street, the front desk will forward your call to consumer affairs. Consumer affairs won't know what you're talking about, will not be able to help you, and will direct you back to the front desk. Then, when you ask the same front desk operator to direct you to a building or security manager, she will forward your call back to consumer affairs. If you call back again, they will tell you are rude and annoying, hang up on you, and refuse to answer any calls coming from your number. Just great citizens overall."
