"Do not do business with them they do not value you as a customer I have had several loans over several years with them never late I wanted to refinance my balance on my loan to lower the payment guess what they want do it because i had several inquiries on my credit because of a auto and home refinance. Keep in mind I was not asking for more money just to refi my balance to lower my payment. Just an excuse to keep you in that already high interest loan. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!"
